The intersection of faith and mental health can be messy, but it is my belief that it needn’t be. Jesus choosing to humble Himself by becoming man, gives us a glimpse into the interplay between the spiritual realm and human experience. Jesus celebrated, He questioned, He laughed, He grieved. We as humans also feel and experience those real emotions.
